A Tale of Scooters

No, not “Scooter” Libby, but scooters as in a type of motorcycle. I remember twenty years or so ago, thinking that getting a scooter would be a cool alternative to driving a car all the time. You would save on gas, insurance and all that. I never got one obviously.
