So I took the MyWoosh Power Passport Test today, 13 July 2025.
Normally one takes this test with a much longer video showing proof of height and weight (and the weight test is done with stepping on the scale zeroed out, then on the scale to show weight, then with a hand weight or kettle bell that has the weight printed plainly on it, step on the scale again, so it shows the weight going up by the printed/stamped weight), then showing the serial number of the trainer (hard in my case as it’s under the legs of the trainer, so I’d have to leave the bike off for a moment, then put it on), then the serial numbers of the secondary power meters, which is required for full verification, proof that you are using a chest heart rate monitor, and show everything being paired. And all that has to be done in one long continuous shot, then the stream of the ride has to show the rider in frame the whole time, with legs, trainer, and all that, in frame the whole time, while also showing the ride itself. The video below, is just the ride itself… because I had no way of doing all that at this point, and this test was more to get where I am at for the purpose of training.
I’m not sure why at the end of the video it says FTP went from 50 to 114, as I thought I set it to 90, which is where I was estimating my FTP based on the test I did in Zwift (as noted in a prior post). That ramp test was done after a few harder rides, so I probably wasn’t in as ideal position to do it, and 114 is probably closer to realistic… and that’s not because I felt a bit of shame at just 90, but 114 isn’t super great either, but it’s a bit more what I’d personally think I was at, at this stage anyhow.
Anyhow, here’s the video to go with this post, and is the test itself being shown. NOTE: As of 13 July 2025, 9:50 PM Eastern Time, the video is still pending processing, so might not be available for some time.
As noted in the video, the PC this was done on was an older i7 4770k, with 16 GB RAM, and an Nvidia 1060 6GB video card. The graphics are set to High Render Scale, 60 FPS (obviously nowhere near that), Medium Post Processing, and High Texture. I obviously need to pull the Render Scale down to Medium, and Textures down to Medium, see if that makes it more playable.
I currently don’t have power meter pedals to have a secondary power source, though the wish list (a few posts down from this at the moment) has some on it.
The trainer itself is an Elite Suito, who’s SN is SUK200958, which I have recorded, because I had to use that to get the trainer fixed… as noted in a prior post, I got it free off a Facebook bike group, and then got Elite to send me the part, it worked, and the refunded me the costs of the part and shipping. I think they did that because that trainer reached end of life just as I got the part, not because I’m a bike influencer, which I’m far from at this point. Anyhow, they have replaced the Suito line.
As somewhat proof of my height, here’s my vital stats from my medical chart…

My weight, has gone up from whenever that last doctor’s visit was. My weight comes from a Senssun Life digital smart scale (that particular scale is no longer available, and while that’s the one from my shop history, that isn’t the exact same scale, mine doesn’t say Nutri Fit on it, but Senssun Life, though maybe they changed hands, and this was the last version of that scale), which then shares it’s data with Apple Health and Fitbit. Fitbit then shares that with Zwift and Garmin (and a couple others I think). The Garmin results are below for the last 4 weeks. Sadly none of those automatically sync the weight data over to MyWoosh yet.

Hopefully that gets things close enough to be able to do workouts, and non-cash prizes… oh yeah, there’s cash prizes available if you fully verify… not that I’d likely ever be fit enough to actually win a prize, so the point is somewhat moot.
I’m not clear on if you need to do that full verification video to do Sunday Race Club even casually, or if that’s just needed for the cash prize level.
