Who is Running in 2008

It is hard to keep track of who is and who is not running for President in 2008. To that end, let the Wikipedia help you. The previous link lists who has formally announced, have formed exploratory committees, or just expressed serious interest. I personally think that they should expand it to include those who some say might run but have publicly stated that they have no interest such as Condoleezza Rice. That section would need to be split into two parts, those who have given a Sherman(esque) statement (such as Chaney) and those who have not (such as Rice).
My current choice? Probably Steve Kubby who is running for, what else, the Libertarian party candidate. Of those who announced for the candidate, he seems the most likely winner IMHO.
