And that Relates to Military Spending How?

I started this a few days ago and never hit Publish, so here it is.
Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist is attaching his anit-Internet Gambling bill to a Military Spending package since he can’t get it to pass on its own. Perhaps it is because I don’t have a military or legal education, but I fail to see what a ban on using credit cards to pay for online gambling bills has to do with anything. Here is where we need an Amendment to the Constitution, to ban attaching unrelated amendments to bills. Either that, or an Amendment giving Line Item Veto, not only to the President, but each member of Congress as well, so if a Senator wants to approve the military spending bill, but wants to vote against the anti-Internet Gambling rider.
Anyhow here is the story of Frist’s idiot move.
