Oh, That is Why They Don’t Obey the Constitution

For those wondering why the government seems to intent on violating our Constitutional rights, such as the Fourth Amendment, we have an explination from the head of the CIA.
If you forgot what it says (emphasis mine):
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Now, on to the explination from the head of the CIA who says the Fourth Amendment says nothing about probable cause.

So either it is willful disregard for the Constitution, or we have a bunch of idiots in Washington. I vote both.
