Amazing Video of F-15 Landing with Just One Wing

Check this out. An F-15 Eagle gets one of its wings torn off in a mid-air collision. It then does what is in theory, aerodynamically impossible, flies over 10 miles one one wing and then lands. The conclusion of the investigation was that the plane’s wide body, and the fact that he flew it far faster then normal, allowed it to stay airborne. I would have to guess however, that isn’t the suggested method of dealing with such a collision.
